Senior Online Customer Service Agent

We are currently recruiting one additional senior online customer service agent. The job’s responsibilities include customer service for our US and UK based customers mainly via email. We are a US company that operates and administrates ecommerce websites. The position is home based. Please do not submit your CV in any other language than English. Serbian language is not a requirement and we encourage native speakers living in Serbia to apply. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly skilled person with sound previous work experience. The job offer for the successful applicant will be based on a freelance agreement with an attractive hourly rate.

Professional Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Being an English native speaker is a plus.
• Photoshop skills are a plus. 
• Adequate working experience. International working experience outside of Serbia is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally with UK or US customers.
• Stress resistant, professional, self-motivated and team player.
• You are required to have your own Computer and a reliable Internet connection.
• This position is available as full time or part time position and working shifts can be agreed in a flexible manner.

There is no travelling involved, thus no car or mobility is required. The job can be performed to 100% from the applicants’ home.
