Senior Procurment Engineer

 Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for supplier (excluding raw materials/equipment) supply and development management (including evaluation, appointment, login, assessment, improvement, and elimination);
• Responsible for procurement and development, inquiry and quotation, negotiation, bidding, and tendering in Europe;
• Responsible for implementing procurement cost reduction and supplier optimization;
• Responsible for assisting in the development and improvement of overseas company procurement management systems.
• Responsible for formulating and issuing procurement contracts, orders, and delivery plans for direct and non direct production materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials;
• Responsible for developing and issuing cost related procurement contracts, orders, and delivery plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials;
• Responsible for reconciliation, invoicing, and payment application for the procurement of materials and expenses under its jurisdiction;
• Responsible for handling supply exceptions; And responsible for other work tasks arranged by superiors.
• Promote more standardized, compliant, and effective supply management;
• Select higher quality suppliers for the company and obtain more competitive resources;
• Ensure timely and adequate supply, providing effective support for orderly production and operation;
• Reduce direct costs and create certain profit value for the company.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• No major restrictions, priority given to majors such as supply chain management, financial management, enterprise management, and economic management.
• Having at least 1 year of procurement work experience, with work experience in the same level or similar positions.
• Manufacturing Experience: We have placed a heightened emphasis on candidates possessing relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. • SAP Key User Experience: Given our commitment to digital transformation, we now require candidates to have experience as SAP key users. This proficiency is vital as it allows individuals to seamlessly integrate into our systems, optimize their usage, conduct data-driven analyses, and drive process improvements.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Familiar with procurement and supplier management systems and processes;
• Familiar with the quotation and negotiation process;
• Ability to develop new suppliers, inquire about prices, negotiate prices, and submit for approval;
• Possess strong cost awareness;
• Ability to effectively execute procurement and delivery plans;
• Possess the ability to coordinate and supervise the effective implementation of procurement and delivery plans, including the ability to organize exception handling and plan formulation;
• Proficient in English to achieve smooth business communication with overseas suppliers.
