The Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will own the product strategy and roadmap, translating our mission into a world-class platform that transforms how coaching and therapy are delivered. You’ll work closely with our CEO, engineering, design, and marketing teams to shape the future of mental health technology. This is an opportunity to take the reins of an evolving, high-impact product and drive it to market leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with EvolveWell’s mission and growth objectives.
• Lead and scale the product team, ensuring we have the right talent and processes in place.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to build and launch products that deliver real value.
• Use data, user feedback, and market research to drive product decisions and ensure we continuously improve user experience.
• Own the development and refinement of our core features, including coach and client platforms.
• Establish and optimize product development cycles, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality releases.
• Work directly with coaches, therapists, and clients to deeply understand their pain points and translate them into solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of product leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, digital health, coaching, or mental wellness tech.
• Experience in being responsible not just for a product but for the overall business strategy associated with it.
• Prior experience as a software developer.
• A track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B and/or B2C products.
• Deep UX and product design instincts, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startups where adaptability is key.
• A strong ability to balance vision with execution, driving long-term impact while iterating quickly.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Passion for mental health, coaching, and human transformation.
