Senior Project Manager

We are Serbian company, based in Belgrade, part of Swiss Corporation Arbonia Group seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager (International Projects – Engineering Background) to join our growing organization. We specialize in executing complex international projects, and we are looking for a skilled individual with a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale international projects within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers (mechanical, electrical, civil structure), architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Employ effective negotiation techniques to manage contracts, procurements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and         collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective measures as required.
• Use your expertise in MS Project and Primavera P6 to manage project schedules and track milestones.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in an international context.
• Strong engineering background or relevant educational qualification.
• Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering large-scale international projects.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
