We're looking for an experienced and motivated QA professional ready to take ownership of software quality in complex, modern systems. Responsibilities
- Understand how code flows and interacts across multiple systems and layers.
- Analyze project documentation, customer requirements, and product goals to design effective test cases.
- Set up, maintain, and execute test automation frameworks across Web, Mobile, and Desktop platforms.
- Build automated scenarios and acceptance tests using modern tools and approaches.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, reproduce bugs, and document them clearly for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure testability and functional clarity.
- Maintain clear records of test activities and regularly report on quality status.
- Break down and analyze complex systems, working across teams to improve architecture and performance.
- Continuously research tools and trends in testing to optimize QA processes.
- Ensure final product quality before every production release.
- Work in an afternoon shift: 2 PM – 10 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM CET.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (SpecFlow/Reqnroll) and Gherkin syntax.
- Proficiency in C#, Playwright, and similar test automation tools.
- Strong grasp of SQL, stored procedures, and relational databases.
- Experience testing microservice and serverless architectures.
- Solid background with the Microsoft stack: .NET/.NET Core, WebAPI, Azure, IIS.
- Knowledge of Angular single-page app testing.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Redis, and Event Hub.
- Experience in customer-facing testing environments and real-world use case simulations.
- Confidence working with npm/NuGet libraries and Azure DevOps Artifacts.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Ownership mindset and a desire to ensure the long-term health of the application.
- Experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to testing is a strong plus.
