Senior Residential Leasing Agents

Belgrade

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of clients and properties
  • Preparation of sales/lease proposals and property listings
  • Preparation of lease and sales agreements
  • Renting and selling of residential properties
  • Collection, analysis and communication of the key market data
  • Updating of our property database
  • Attending networking events

Your Profile:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and a wide contact network
  • Track record as Residential Leasing/Sales Agent with min. 5 years’ experience
  • Must have valid real estate agent’s license
  • Reliability, high work motivation and cultivated appearance
  • Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, other language skills are a plus
  • PC literacy is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

We offer senior position with a competitive remuneration package, which includes a fixed salary and a performance bonus.
