Job Description:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue goals and expand our market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. The ideal candidate will be able to drive sales growth through effective planning, team development, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proficiency in English language and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel 2 to 3 days per week
