Position: Senior Sales Specialist -Clinical Research Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Market Presence: Work with senior management to define and execute strategies for positioning oomnia and Wemedoo professional services in the clinical research market, targeting key segments like CROs, sponsors, academia and NGOs.
- Drive Brand Awareness and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and campaigns that differentiate oomnia.
- Build Relationships and Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders to drive adoption and advocacy for oomnia.
- Lead Client Engagement: Conduct demos, webinars, and workshops to educate potential clients on the benefits of working with Wemedoo.
- Gather Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends, providing feedback to the product team to align oomnia development with client needs and market demands.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, maintain a strong pipeline, and provide regular updates to the senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role in clinical research, life sciences, or the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical research data management as well as data management solutions, such as EDC, RTMS, ePRO/eCOA, eTMF, eConsent, and CTMS.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders and close deals in a complex sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to client meetings, conferences, and events.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
