We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences for our Group products and services. You have a opportunity to shape the future of digital experiences in our Group and to work with collaborative team with a strong focus on innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across all stages of the design process, from initial requirements gathering and user research to wireframing, UI design, user testing, and hand-off for developers
- Collaborate with product owners to understand business goals and user needs, transforming them into intuitive and user-friendly experiences
- Deliver simplified and delightful user experience, consistent across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with conversion optimization specialist to explore quantitative data and to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours across diverse customer base
- Create robust high-fidelity prototypes
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system
- Supports and mentor teammates on design best practices and processes
Qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years of working experience in pure Digital UI/UX Design
- Excellent Portfolio of UI/UX design solutions for mobile-first websites
- Strong understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
- Strong eye for aesthetics
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Clear and effective communication skills in English
- Desirable experience in mobile applications design and in eCommerce website design and conversion rate optimization
