-      Prepares the General Dynamic Plan based on the instructions issued by the Contractor Representative; 

-      Based on the special procedure he periodically updates the General Dynamic Plan, together with the necessary data that are entered into Primavera Software; 

-      Prepares the Dynamic Plan on monthly basis, as well as the progress report, analyzes possible movements and indicates the causes of delay together with the Site Manager; 

-      Adjusts the Planning activities for works executed at the locations of the execution of works (construction sites) in the agreement with the Site Manager and Construction Managers; 

-      Monitors the progress of works, enters the improvements in the execution of works to Primavera Software, based on the on-site checks; 

-      Records the deviations in relation to the Dynamic Plan, notifies the Contractor Representative and creates a monthly report on these deviations; 

-      Assists the Cost Controller in the Budget creation and its periodical revisions; 

-      Cooperates with the Director/Contractor Representative, Contractual Affairs Manager and Jurist in the definition of claims in relation to the Client, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers; 

-      Participates at the weekly meetings with the Client regarding dynamic plan monitoring and discussions on general issues, and makes a report of the meeting that is sent to the Contractor Representative; 

-      Participates at the meetings with the Client, held every other week, regarding general site monitoring (Main Contractor Fortnightly Meeting) and makes a report that is sent to the Contractor Representative; 

-      Assists different Construction Managers in the adjustment of activities at the site by giving a detailed plan of works for the ongoing week, as well as the detailed program of works for the following two weeks; 

-      Inspects the Daily Report on the progress of works drafted by the Planning Engineer; 

-      Oversees the Weekly Report on the progress of works drafted by the Planning Engineer;

-      Within his authorization, he prepares an internal Monthly Report of the Company and sends it to the Contractor Representative.

Requirements: VII degree of vocational education.

Responsibility: Forhis work he is accountable to the Project manager being his direct subordinate.
