Aim of the function:

• Serve and advise customer through entire service process 
• Responsible for a proactive customer acquisition and highest satisfaction
• Responsible for optimum customer centricity 
• Responsible for safeguarding financial interests of the manufacturer and Porsche Center Belgrade

Your main tasks:

• Assess customer needs within technical problems
• Explain the work that will be conducted
• Sell and promote services, parts and accessories 
• Communicate constantly with the customer throughout the service process
• Receive and forward warranty & goodwill claims
• Identify customers with open/expiring recall/workshop action & warranties 

You bring with you:

Professionally: 

•  Preferably more than three years of experience in automotive service and customer relationship management
•  Basic knowledge of automotive technical engineering 
•  Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written communication)
•  PC proficiency (MS Windows, MS Office)
