Aim of the function:
- Serve and advise customer through entire service process
- Responsible for a proactive customer acquisition and highest satisfaction
- Responsible for optimum customer centricity
- Responsible for safeguarding financial interests of the manufacturer and Porsche Center Belgrade
Your main tasks:
- Assess customer needs within technical problems
- Explain the work that will be conducted
- Sell and promote services, parts and accessories
- Communicate constantly with the customer throughout the service process
- Receive and forward warranty & goodwill claims
- Identify customers with open/expiring recall/workshop action & warranties
You bring with you:
Professionally:
- Preferably more than three years of experience in automotive service and customer relationship management
- Basic knowledge of automotive technical engineering
- Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written communication)
- PC proficiency (MS Windows, MS Office)
Personally:
- Rule consistent behavior guided by the company Code of Conduct
- Honesty and demonstration of a high level of morality and integrity in daily work situations (e.g. during sales and service process) while setting priority on customer and safety of colleagues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Driving license (B category)
