Service Design Analyst

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, staying ahead of things, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Service Design Analyst to help our teams, manage requests, and make sure customers get what they need—on time and with care. *Your main duties will include:* Review service requests and decide the best way to handle them Assign tasks to engineers based on skill, location, and availability Check if parts are needed, available, and when they’ll arrive Match engineer schedules with part deliveries to meet service deadlines Work closely with teams via phone, email, and chat Keep clear records and notes on all actions Support with training, process improvements, and quality checks Help manage workloads across the UK and Ireland territory Reference: 3HuSVnv2hftcoVIHenJZVFN-I1GDwmoyTQq2w1umrvU. *What we expect from you:* Minimum High School diploma Strong English written and oral communication skills Expert knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, power query) Ability to deal with multiple cultures and regional differences *What you will get from us:* A hybrid model of work Monday to Friday (14 pm - 22 pm shift) Opportunity to develop skills through training Work in a large, international team Advancement opportunities/Career development If you want to give yourself a try in the new role, apply and join us!
