Service Parts Account Planner

Position summary & key areas of responsibility:

Service Parts is a key function within Global Services. The Service Parts Account Planner has a primary responsibility to plan and manage the field deployed inventory required to service a demanding internal and external Customer portfolio.

The SPAP will act as the main point of contact for account teams regarding associated planning issues, owning these issues through escalation to full resolution. Whilst meeting Customer Service Level Agreements, the SPAP will be tasked to maintain and exceed this whilst responsible for the inventory value deployed.

The position requires the incumbent to build and maintain relationships within various NCR functions within a number of organizations such as Global Service Parts, Customer Services, Account Teams and Service Design. These functions provide valuable information to design, implement and maintain the ethos to have the right part in the right place at the right time. Continuous Improvement is a mechanism to achieve this. As such the role will expect this mentality in the day to day business with associated training and managerial support/motivation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or University preferred.
• MS Office 2010 Competent
• One to two years related experience
• Fluent in speaking and writing English language
• Clear, concise and confident Communicator
• Works constructively and collaboratively with others and across organizations/functions to accomplish goals and objectives
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and autonomy, with minimal supervision
• Identifies and removes obstacles to achieve the highest of standards through the mechanism of Continuous Improvement
