In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

This role is contributing to the ABB Motion Business (Product and System Drives, Motors, PLC Automation, Digital) supporting the Service Sales organization and customers throughout the service sales processes in Belgrade, Serbia.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generates Service Sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying, and exploring potential new service portfolios.
  • Focuses on the entire Service portfolio to secure profit for assigned Business/Product Groups.
  • Establishes long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM).
  • Plans and performs the right number of weekly sales visits and reports leads/opportunities.
  • Prepares ABB’s Service offerings based on customer need and in coordination with the local Service Manager.
  • Acts as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities by maintaining a good and regular relationship with customers.
  • Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
  • Reporting unsafe practices and incidents to authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally
  • Readiness for travel and visits to customers according to market allocation
  • Willingness to learn and explore.
  • Team player and excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge in both spoken and written English language
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Driver's license B
