After 30 years of successful business and as one of the largest suppliers in the world automotive industry, we are expanding our activities in Serbia by launching a new production plant for metal processing. Until this investment, economic activity was based exclusively on the local Chinese market, however, the planned investment represents the expansion of production with the goal of conquering new markets. Due to the increase in the volume of business, we are in search for the following position: Chinese language translator

Main Task:   Serve as a key link between our Chinese management and local team. Responsible for oral and written translation, assisting with daily communication, and ensuring clear understanding of technical and business information within the automotive industry.

Specific Responsibility:

·         Provide accurate consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between Chinese, Serbian, and English during meetings, negotiations, trainings, and technical consultations.

·         Translate a wide range of business and technical documents including contracts, specifications, manuals, internal procedures, and reports.

·         Collaborate closely with quality, production, logistics, purchasing, EHS, finance, IT and HR teams to ensure mutual understanding and clarity of information.

·         Facilitate cultural adaptation for both Chinese and Serbian employees by promoting awareness of work practices, corporate culture, and business etiquette.

·         Support management in communication with suppliers, partners, and relevant institutions.

·         Develop and maintain terminology databases and translation resources specific to the automotive sector.

·         Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times.
