What You'll Do:
Keep the Rhythm: Reconcile all bank and client statements accurately and promptly to keep everything in tune.
Handle the Money Beat: Process bank wires, manage agent documentation, handle customer/bank messages and emails, update our money transfer list, and manage debts.
Investigate and Report: Dive deep into the details, follow up on issues, escalate when necessary, and prepare detailed reports that keep everything grooving smoothly.
Team Player: Jam with other offices and teams to monitor and follow up on payments.
Verify and Control: Make sure all bank wire transfer documentation is in perfect harmony.
What You Bring to the Band:
- Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, as our fans (customers) are all across Italy.
- High level of computer literacy, especially with MS Office packages.
- Ability to deliver tasks efficiently within strict deadlines.
- A knack for solving problems and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to respond to changing priorities quickly, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administration and/or accounting is a major plus. Familiarity with general banking transfers and administration issues is also advantageous.
- Please keep in mind that this position requires shift work, so you need to be comfortable with a flexible schedule.
