We are looking for experienced candidates to fill vacancy Small Business Banking Officer

Required profile

• University degree, business related program
• Min 3 years of experience in business development and or sales, preferably in business banking
• Should possess proven sales and negotiation skills as well as demonstrate the ability to use sound judgement and decision-making skills
• Superior customer service, organizational, and communication, both written and verbal, skills
• Continuing education to remain current in new regulations, products, and changes in laws, etc.
• Valid diving license
• Basic English

Main tasks

• Prospecting and evaluating new business client opportunities for the Bank Targeted segment : micro, small and medium enterprises
• Evaluating customer’s needs, assessing customer’s eligibility and suitability for certain products and negotiating acceptable product solutions
• Managing a portfolio of business clients, bringing in new relationships, and expanding current / existing portfolio. Risk management is a significant part of the portfolio management
• Completing basic analysis of business financial information to match Bank products accordingly
• Ability to structure and underwrite loans; make solid credit decisions; and manage credit risk is a must
• Performing all other job duties as assigned by manager
