Social Media Marketer

Are you passionate about social media, content trends, and making things go viral?

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Marketer to join the team and help build, grow, and manage multiple social profiles from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow new social media profiles from scratch (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Create and manage content calendars focused on video and photo formats: reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes clips, trends, and original creator content
• Work closely with the creative/content team to plan, brief, and publish content that drives engagement and growth
• Stay on top of trends in social media, influencer culture, and platform algorithms
• Analyze performance, tweak strategies, and continuously optimize content and growth approach
• Explore and manage paid traffic opportunities across Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms (a plus, not mandatory)

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, especially in content-driven or creator-focused environments
• Know how to build engaging social profiles and grow audiences organically
• Are comfortable working with video content formats and tools (e.g., reels, TikTok videos, short-form edits)
• Can spot trends early and translate them into engaging content plans
• Understand performance metrics and know how to use data to guide decisions
• Have experience collaborating in a fast-paced, creative team environment
• (Bonus) Know how to run or optimize paid traffic campaigns for visibility and growth
