Overview:
Are you an experienced social media professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-brand environment? Do you have a passion for podcasts, online course creation, and building vibrant online communities? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Social Media and Content Manager for one of our clients.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to manage social media for multiple brands, create engaging content, and drive growth through community-building efforts. Knowledge of Kajabi is a big plus!
You’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing the social media strategy across these three brands, working collaboratively with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and post content for *Raise Up* (podcast, online courses, community), BAC, and AMT across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Write compelling captions that align with each brand’s tone and voice.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow followers and increase engagement for each brand.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation:
- Design graphics, edit short videos, and repurpose content (e.g., turning podcast clips into reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts).
- Collaborate with a videographer and editor to ensure podcast episodes are optimized for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Work with the team to plan and create marketing assets for online courses and community launches.
Community Building:
- Develop and manage the *Raise Up* online community to foster engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Organize and implement strategies to promote interaction within the community (e.g., discussion prompts, live events, or polls).
Online Course Support:
- Assist in launching and promoting online courses, including creating course content, email marketing campaigns, and social media ads.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of course rollouts on Kajabi.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and content.
- Work with CMO to provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
Who You Are
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or businesses.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and grow audiences across platforms.
- Familiarity with podcasts and promoting them via social media.
- Experience with online course creation and community-building efforts.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to tailor messaging to different brands and audiences.
- Knowledge of Kajabi or other online course platforms (huge plus!).
- Completely fluent in spoken and written english mandatory
Bonus Skills:
- Graphic design or video editing experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Experience running paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit).
