- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintenance
- Deploying and managing infrastructure using Terraform
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Container creation, optimization, and management using Docker
- Adaptation of the Continuous integration system to customer specific requirements.
- Improve integration of the Continuous integration system with the CX product.
- Improve the automation of configuration and testing of the Continuous integration system.
- Integration of the Tools as part of the Continuous Integration Chain.
- Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure (nice to have).
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery principles.
- Solid experience with Linux systems.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments (nice to have).
- Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
- Experience with Azure or AWS (optional but a plus).
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Professional communication with customers
