Software Integration Engineer (m/f)
City: Belgrade, Novi Sad
Key responsibilities:
- Design integration architecture and workflows to connect various systems and applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes.
- Implement integration solutions and ensure their smooth deployment.
- Monitor existing integrations by promptly identifying and resolving issues, while regularly updating and enhancing solutions.
- Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and business analysts to understand integration requirements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems and services.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for integration projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs identified during testing.
- Propose and implement improvements to integration processes and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in integration teams for the development of business software solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Understanding of any programming languages (C#, .Net, etc.) and API standards (e.g., XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, SQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, AWS API Gateway).
- Working experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Postman etc.c.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
