M4 Systems is a multi-disciplinary professional services and software development organisation, operating in the IT industry since 2000. Our Development department is mainly situated in Belgrade, and we have open position for:

Solution Developer (Team Leader)

Main Responsibilities:

• Problem Solution Development (Automate Business processes)
  • Understand Business Requirements
  • Define Technical Spec:
    • Define Deliverables
    • Define needed resources
    • Spread Tasks to team members (DB side, server side, client side, UI side)

• Ensure final solution meets the requirements
• Planning / Monitoring / Reporting the progress of the project
• Managing and motivating team members

Required Technical skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and Relational Normal Forms (with any SQL engine)
• Excellent knowledge of any Database Procedural Language (T-SQL, plSQL, plpgSQL… (In our projects the most of Business Problems are solved inside DB - on SQL way)

Desired Technical skills:

• Good knowledge about Web Server programming technologies (php, node.js…)
• Good knowledge about HTML5 and JavaScript UI frameworks (ExtJS, jQuery…)
