About us: We are a niche recruitment agency specialising in Accounting and Finance, seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team and help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for our Australian-based clients. We would like to find an entrepreneurial Recruiter who would help us start up our Belgrade operation just as our sister company has done with their Accounting company.
About the role: The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, specifically within the Accounting and Finance field, and be well-versed in using systems, automation, and digital marketing to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates for open positions.
- Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Manatal ATS) and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with MD and any hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies that align with our clients' organisational goals.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conduct interviews to assess their fit for the role and our clients' organisation. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Utilise data and metrics to track and report on recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition in the Accounting and Finance field, and continually seek out ways to improve our recruitment processes.
- Manage our website and ensure that it is up-to-date and reflects our employer brand effectively.
- Working with the MD, use digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO) and social media advertising to attract and engage potential candidates in the Accounting and Finance field.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing and talent acquisition within the Accounting and Finance field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in the Accounting and Finance field.
- Excellent English language skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as SEO and social media advertising.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to automate tasks to ensure streamline management of information and communication.
