Specialist for CRM Data Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex analyzes in retail area based on digital and traditional data
• Create customer insights to increase sales and improve relationship with customers
• Support execution of CRM Campaigns (various analysis, coding – SAS/SQL)
• Improve and maintain CRM Infrastructure (CRM jobs, data transformation)
• Build Data Quality reports
• Maintain, improve, and identify new real-time use cases
• Create different CRM reports for Management
• Build and monitor CRM KPIs
• Present business results

Requirements:

• 3+ years in banking industry
• Faculty degree
• Experience with at least one of programming tools (SAS, SQL, Python, R, C#)
• Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
