Key responsibilities

• Quality assurance for externally sourced parts
• Issuing and handling of complaints towards suppliers
• Ensuring continues production flow in case of supplier quality issues
• Taking decision for restricted releases of series parts with deviations
• Responsibility for monitoring and charging back of defect costs
• Development of appropriate supplier quality improvement concepts
• Communication with international suppliers

Qualifications

• University degree in manufacturing engineering
• Working experience in field of automotive industry preferably
• Experience in production processes (e.g. alu-die casting, injection molding, progressive stamping, assembly etc.)
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of the MS-Office is must and SAP advantageous
