The Lohr Bačka Topola doo factory, with the primary activity of manufacturing semi-trailers for the transport of road vehicles, is looking for a quality control inspector.

Subject

Quality assurance and compliance of the elements outsourced by subcontractors.

Work mission

Ensure product compliance.
Implement planned control measures, supervision and audits to ensure compliancy of quality management by sub-contrators.

Tasks

• Supervise the production of the first pieces of the series - creatie self-control checklists, check the conformity of measures together with suppliers.
• Support the production process for preparation of checking documentation during start of newproduction processes
• Manage non-conformities related to processing by sub-contrator.
• Coordinate measures to correct suppliers' non-compliance, as well as the costs arising from these measures.
• Participate in the implementation of improvement plans in order to achieve the goals set by the management.
• Carry out extraordinary control inspections at the request of management.

Jurisdiction in decision-making

Stop the processing of all suspicious products and coordinate the correction of non-conformities observed during the inspection

Necessary qualifications

• Mechanical engineer
• Knowledge of at least english language, French would be a plus,1 year of work experience in appropriate jobs
• Computer work: MS Office (Word, Excell, PPoint)

Preferred qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in relevant jobs
• Advanced level of computer work (ability to understand how to use Vdoc LOHR )
