LMtec goal in Serbia is to provide a type of DevOps services with focus on our EU based customers. We are gaining an essential role in integrating the project requirements and resources across the product life cycle by utilizing Siemens’ PLM software Teamcenter® and Amazon’s cloud computing services, right from planning, building, testing, and deploying to support. We are becoming responsible for all the development as well as IT operations aspects for integrated and agile delivery of our solutions.

We are expanding in Serbia, and we are looking for ambitious, motivated, and talented applicants who want to build a career with LMtec.

What we need:

System / DevOps Engineer (1+ years of work experiences)

Your profile

  • University degree in computer science or information technology, or relevant work experience
  • Interest in gaining technical knowledge regarding company’s products and services.
  • Interest in understanding complex technical issues, willingness to learn and develop further.
  • High sense of responsibility, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic, international team with a strong customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and writing ability in English to present complex technical topics in a clear and structured way.


  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell or Bash scripting languages
  • Basic knowledge of JSON and XML
  • Basic knowledge of Git version control system
  • Knowledge of TCP / IP and basic network protocols (DNS, FTP, SSH, SFTP).
  • Knowledge of (IIS, JBoss, Tomcat) web servers and database servers (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL)  
  • Experience in working with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Advanced level of English knowledge.

It is not a requirement, but it is a plus if you have one or more from below:

  • Experience with Java, C++, or JavaScript programing languages.
  • Experience with configuration, administration, or customization of Teamcenter®
  • Knowledge of German language

Your responsibilities

  • Finding solutions from previous cases using the LMtec and Siemens Knowledge Base
  • Working the life cycle of a service desk by identifying, prioritizing, and responding to incidents, keeping users up to date with the issues, re-assigning and closing other tasks
  • Setting up tools and required infrastructure, monitoring servers and processes, helping customers to manage software installations and its features.
  • Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and “fixes”
  • Implementing, developing, testing, and deploying customer requirements based on Siemens PLM software Teamcenter®
  • Installing, administering, maintaining, and updating different Siemens® digital industries software
  • Creating workflows and automations that productively improve the business processes of our customers.
