About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic TA Manager based in Belgrade to leverage the city’s talent pool and attract high-potential white-collar and technical professionals to join our operations in Loznica and Sabac. This role combines talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding to position our company as the employer of choice for professionals willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to identify and engage top-tier technical, engineering, and corporate talent in Belgrade and surrounding regions.
- Promote relocation opportunities to Loznica/Sabac by effectively communicating career growth, company culture, and benefits.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles for hard-to-fill positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, professional networks, tech communities, and local events) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns to enhance company visibility.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, candidate feedback, sourcing channels) to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing/HR teams to create compelling employer branding content (social media, testimonials, career site).
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical/engineering or corporate hiring (manufacturing/automotive background is a plus).
- Proven ability to attract passive candidates and persuade them to consider relocation.
- Strong employer branding and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in Serbian and English).
- Data-driven approach with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Loznica/Sabac for hiring collaboration.
