This is a full-cycle recruitment role responsible for planning, sourcing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding both white-collar and blue-collar candidates in close collaboration with internal teams.
Job Description:
- Interview process: Organize and lead the full cycle recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar departments
- Planning and Collaboration: Work closely with production and project teams to plan hiring needs based on schedules, project progress, and employee turnover.
- Recruitment Channels: Expand sourcing strategies through job portals, educational institutions, and school-company cooperation projects.
- Background Checks and Hiring: Conduct background checks and issue timely employment offers.
- Onboarding: Support new employees in quickly integrating into the team and work environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- College degree or higher education level.
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment
- Fluent in English and Serbian.
- Good PC skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit; respectful and appreciative of others.
