Job Description:
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces using Figma.
- Implement Auto Layout and other advanced Figma tools to streamline workflows.
- Design engaging and user-friendly UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and instructional design team members to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve design quality and usability.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital and print materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Mastery of Figma, including advanced features like Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping tools.
- strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
- A portfolio showcasing real-world projects (not just case studies or personal experiments).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and Serbian.
