Check out your day-to-day responsibilities and learning goals: Assisting in candidate sourcing and screening – learn how to find the best talent! Collaborating with the team to create engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns – show off your creativity and initiative! Assisting at different types of interviews – learning all the tricks of good assessment. Getting hands-on experience with our cutting-edge recruitment tools and platforms. Creating reports and presentations – let's show off our awesome work! Being part of the continuous improvement of our hiring process – because we are always growing and evolving! In addition to being enthusiastic, innovative, and creative, willing to socialize and help a colleague in need, the new member should possess: A minimum of bachelor’s degree in social sciences (HR, psychology or similar) Strong English skills, ability to communicate professionally.
