Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
- Organize and conduct the overall recruitment process, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place before starting the hiring process
- Source potential candidates through the internal company database, job boards, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Create and post job ads internally and externally
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate all steps in the selection process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and dashboard.
- Provide regular and accurate reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager regarding the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Help increase awareness of Kuhne+Nagel as an employer of choice and participate in employer branding activities
- Proactively expand collaboration with student organizations and faculties
- Support Talent Acquisition Team in participation in job fairs and recruitment events
- Previous experience in recruitment of at least 1 year is required
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proactivity in sourcing and engaging with potential candidates
- Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing recruitment needs and priorities
