About the role

This is a remote, fixed-term full-time position based in Serbia, with working hours from 10am–6pm CET, Monday to Friday.

Our Talent Assistant role is pivotal in providing a proactive and accurate service to our people through our end-to-end administration processes, covering talent acquisition and development. This role will focus on day-to-day queries, tasks and administration, with a primary focus in the Academy (learning and development) space. Attention to detail, time management, prioritisation and organisational skills are critical for this role along with good IT skills.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Provide administrative support in the learning and development space
  • Coordinating scheduling, training, resources, and communications, enrolling people on training, etc.
  • Managing a shared inbox, ensuring that all relevant queries are responded to and actioned within the appropriate time frame, and escalated to other parties where required.
  • Regular audits and reporting (weekly, monthly, termly), and spot checks of People data to ensure accuracy and integrity of all data held on our LMS system.
  • Manage and update permission levels on our systems.
  • Collaborate with the People & Academy team to create and refine presentations, ensuring content is visually engaging, impactful, and aligned with organisational goals and key messaging
  • Responding to external online reviews
  • Escalating any risks in a timely and appropriate manner with proposed solutions where possible.
  • Contribute to key people projects by providing logistical and administrative support, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration across teams.
  • General system administration
  • Being a ‘super user’ on our LMS and guiding our people on how to use them effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis as required
  • Upload invoices and update relevant spend trackers
  • Support with the implementation of new systems and processes
  • Update relevant policies and guidance articles on the People section on n-tranet
  • Covering absences within the People team to ensure day-to-day operations continue
  • Ensuring the delivery of frustration free People services across the company focusing on and evolving the employee experience in all people processes.
  • Role modeling the N values and ways of working.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a fast paced and agile team
  • Demonstrable experience in administration and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and in writing)
  • Experience and/or passion for the Early Years or Education sector would be a major plus

  • Technical proficiency; competent with Google Workspace, and other cloud-based systems.  Developing knowledge of broaden technical systems and willing to become a super user

  • Organisational skills; excellent organisation skills, prioritisation and follow-up
