Role Overview:

Al Dahra is seeking a Talent Intelligence Researcher to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven talent strategies. This role focuses on market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic sourcing to support workforce planning and executive talent decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Intelligence & Market Research

• Conduct in-depth research on talent markets, industry trends, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Analyze labor market supply and demand, salary benchmarks, and skills availability.
• Develop talent mapping strategies and identify key talent pools.
• Track market trends and geopolitical factors affecting workforce availability.

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Identification

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, AI-driven tools, and market intelligence platforms).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Conduct deep-dive talent mapping for executive and niche positions.
• Support succession planning by identifying future leadership talent.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and visualize talent intelligence data.
• Generate reports with insights on hiring strategies and workforce trends.
• Present findings to HR and business leaders to support decision-making.
• Leverage predictive analytics to forecast talent trends and skill gaps.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory

• Partner with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business units to align talent intelligence efforts.
• Provide strategic insights on market conditions, hiring challenges, and employer branding.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on hiring strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

Technology & Tools

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms.
• Ensure best practices in data privacy, compliance, and ethical talent research.

What You Need to Succeed:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent intelligence, research, or strategic sourcing in a global or multinational setting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Experience with recruitment CRM/ATS, data visualization tools, and AI sourcing technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent data interpretation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
• Fluency in English (advanced level) and Serbian is required. Additional fluency in other languages is highly desirable.
