Team Lead – Casino Surveillance Controller for International Company

For one of our clients – an international company delivering end-to-end digital solutions. We are on a lookout for seasoned casino surveillance professionals for the role of a Team Lead – Casino Surveillance Controller in Belgrade.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigate and verify incidents reported by the live studio, ensuring they are resolved promptly. Prepare detailed reports to assist with potential disciplinary actions or staff evaluations
• Conduct in-depth analysis of roulette wheels to identify any deviations from accepted standards, maintaining gameplay integrity. Operate security systems to ensure continuous, high-level surveillance;
• Perform routine and advanced tests on online gaming surveillance software to identify bugs, errors, or defects. Work closely with QA teams and developers to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the system;
• Generate and maintain thorough reports and logs, documenting activities, incidents, and test results to ensure transparency and accurate recordkeeping;
• Carry out physical inspections and monitor online platforms for suspicious activities, reporting violations to management immediately. Ensure the smooth operation of video monitoring consoles and security equipment;
• Regularly assess the performance of online gaming surveillance systems, recommending improvements and updates based on performance evaluations;

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Surveillance Operator in the iGaming industry or with live products;
• Proficient in operating and maintaining surveillance software, video monitoring consoles, and security equipment;
• Strong ability to conduct thorough analysis of roulette wheels and online gaming activities, identifying discrepancies and suspicious behavior
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and accurate reports and maintain logs;
• Willing to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, as required by business demands.
