We want a Team Leader that will contribute to the development of the BPO project in delivery industry – and your place is in our team!
As a TL, your main activities will be to:
- Organize the activity and work schedule of the agents in the team;
- Monitor the daily activity of the team and you will be responsible for achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives specific to the projects;
- Manage escalations and supervising interactions
- Take care of updating work procedures, feedbacks, coaching and trainings for new/existing agents;
- Manage the relationship with the manager and the external client through punctual meetings, monthly meetings and reports;
- Plan the daily tasks according to the available resources and the deadlines related to each activity;
- Take care of the monthly evaluation of the results of subordinate agents.

What do we expect from you?
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a call center;
- Fluency in spoken and written German language (min. level C1)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English language (minimum level B1)
- Availability to work full-time, organized in 8 hours shifts (8:00h – 22.30h)
- Higher education completed;
- Experience in team coordination;
- Ability to organize, plan and control;
- Very good mentoring and communication skills;
- Analytical and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize your time in such a way that at the end of the day you leave with a smile on your face.
- Resourcefulness, the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
