We are looking for a new team member to support our client leading manufacturing company in Nis: Team Leader - IT Help Desk
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of the Europe IT Service Desk
- Responsible for direct communication with end-users
- Manage the IT Service Desk team
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of team members work in order to provide high availability
- Responsible for regular Service Desk reporting and providing KPI and reporting to line manager
- Collaborate with other L2 IT support teams
- Taking part in IT global projects
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with the following profile:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience, ideally with some project management exposure
- Fluent in English is required
- Minimum Bachelor degree related to IT
- Good mixture of skills covering general maintenance of Azure & M365 collaboration tools,
- LAN, PCs (hardware and software)
- Understand the requirements and priorities of the business
- Leadership and people management skills preferably successful experience in small team management
- Very strong communication skills
