Technical Advisor

On behalf of our client company Fischer, renowned German manufacturer of construction and fixing equipment, we are looking for a motivated candidate to successfully fill the position: Technical Advisor f/m

 focus on Installation business (HVAC, plumbing and electro installation) 

Place of work: Belgrade and partially Serbia 

Job description and responsibilities:

• Responsible for back office activities such as processing projects, managing databases, analysing consumer trends and other administrative tasks
• Providing effective and competent support to customers and staff members on technical issues
• Analysis, identifying and clarifying customer’s needs and business requirements
• Providing customer solutions based on the understanding of their needs
• Answering technical queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products
• Identifying and leading new opportunities, including on-site presentations, negotiating and closing
• Daily communication with customers and other sales activities
• Collecting and providing customer feedback

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) / Economics
• Building materials/equipment industry experience is highly preferred
• Proven technical or customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written), German language is a plus
• Excellent computer skills (knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable)
• Ready for frequent travel for both on-site and remote customer interactions
• Experienced driver (B license)
