Take a look at what your main duties would be: Executing configuration changes in response to new client promotions, pricing changes, or other updates that directly affect the in-store operation of the Point-of-Sale system. Executing configuration changes in response to a client’s supply-chain or labor-management related updates. Serving as subject matter expert to clients and team members Troubleshooting issues that arise from clients and other team members and escalating appropriately.
