Technical Manager for Balkan Zone

IF YOU LIKE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Planning, organization and monitoring of technical projects implementation in Balkan Zone in line with the company budget and strategy
• Fixed assets regularity and maintenance as well as for equipment technical regularity, functioning control and safety
• Selection and recommendation of suppliers in purchase of necessary equipment and for contracting with respect to special technical terms so that maintenance would be implemented efficiently and in line with the company budget and strategy
• Investments in maintenance in line with the company budget and strategy
• Reporting on investments on monthly, weekly and annual basis and for development of budget
• Development and implementation of prevention maintenance of all equipment and fixed assets and processes in the field of health and safety at work, fire protection and control systems
• Maintenance program implementation in line with the company budget and strategy
• Solving current technical issues and equipment functioning in retail shops
• Maintaining contact with general suppliers
• Implementation of agreed maintenance plans
• Reporting on maintenance expenses on monthly, weekly and annual level as well as for development of annual maintenance budget
• Staff training in the mentioned field of work in order to promote company results in the field and in general as well as for development and implementation of new procedures and work orders to optimize and develop this field of work
• Car fleet management and coordination of all tasks with respect to car fleet
• Development and update of legally governed documentation for proper and legal car fleet functioning
• Selection and recommendation of suppliers in purchase of vehicles and for contracting with respect to special technical terms so that car fleet field would be implemented efficiently and in line with the company budget and strategy
• Reporting on car fleet expenses on monthly, weekly and annual level as well as for development of annual car fleet budget
• Regular operations and car fleet maintenance
• Staff training in the car fleet field of work in order to promote company results in the field and in general as well as for development and implementation of new procedures and work orders to optimize and develop this field of work

IF YOU:

• Have at least one year of work experience in similar positions
• Have English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Have a category B driver's license and you are an active driver
• Are you ready to travel and visit stores in the Balkan Zone region
• Are responsible and reliable
• Are organized
