We are looking to strengthen our technical team and are seeking an experienced specialist for the creation of control systems in the HVAC industry. Your responsibilities will include processing client requirements, selecting equipment from our assortment, writing PLC control programs, and providing support. You will also participate in the development of standard solutions using our equipment.

Technical Support Engineer HVAC

Working place: Belgrade

Main Tasks:

• Preparation of software for use at client sites
• Efficient management and processing of electronic tickets.
• Liaise between the sales team, customer success team, and customers to accurately resolve customer problems.
• Troubleshoot and configure both software and hardware components.
• Create educational stands, materials and media to help customers understand and use the product.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC-system.
• PLC programming skills and familiarity with IEC 61131-3 standard
• Good knowledge of technical disciplines such as physics, electrical engineering, and electronics.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols, interfaces and data transmission principles
• Knowledge of English language (B1 level or higher)
