Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps.
- Preferable to have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Basic knowledge of browser developer tools.
- 1 year experience in technical support is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of JIRA is a plus (or other ticketing system).
- Basic knowledge of sports betting and casino is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and performs the daily and project operations assigned by the superior or other relevant parties
- Clearly present reported issues, analyze, categorize and document the same.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via help desk, chat, email or phone.
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Document and follow reported issues and assure that they are resolved in timely manner.
- Creating and keeping up to date internal documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
- Ability to adapt in dynamic work environment.
