Responsibilities:
- Responsible for testing technology and collaborating with R&D personnel to ensure successful testing processes.
- Coordinate with the R&D department on new project test plans, confirm sample items and test methods for new projects, and become familiar with new testing standards and methods.
- Prepare test instruction manuals and train testers to perform tests according to the instructions.
- Develop equipment operation and maintenance guides, and train testers to use the equipment properly as per the provided manuals.
- Organize and assign testing tasks, ensure timely completion of test projects, and accurately record test results.
- Write and review test reports.
- Archive and manage test reports.
- In case of equipment failure or abnormalities, promptly report to the supervisor, coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs, follow up on the progress, and ensure timely test completion.
- Contact external laboratories for quotes and testing services.
Qualifications:
- Degree in metal material science, mechanics, or a related field.
- Technical college graduate with at least two years of experience in relevant inspection and testing activities (mechanics, spectroscopy, metallography, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
