We are currently seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team and support our partner company. Our partner operates as a performance and affiliate marketing platform, helping advertisers and affiliates boost online sales efficiently while protecting their budgets.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for finding, onboarding and providing the best support to direct publishers and media buyers. You will develop partnerships, always with an eye out for facilitating the big campaign opportunities for your affiliates.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding, managing and growing affiliate accounts
- Setting up campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, finding optimisation and new-campaign opportunities for your affiliate partners
- Periodically summarising stats for partners, approving invoices so your affiliates get paid
- Following industry trends, connecting with affiliates and media buyers on Telegram, LinkedIn and relevant forums
- Contributing to the company strategy and defining internal processes
- Attending industry conferences and meet-ups
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, ability to analyse campaign stats and draw conclusions from the data
- Technical knowledge of S2S integrations, conversion tracking, postback implementation, testing
- Media buying experience (preferred)
- Experience in lead generation, gambling, nutra or ecommerce (plus)
- Experience with tracking platforms (domain of Everflow is a plus)
- Written and verbal fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Proactive, loves working with people and with an always-learn mindset
