The Total Rewards Partner at the national level is responsible for implementing and managing reward processes for Global Services Serbia and Greece, including Finance Knowledge Center Belgrade. This role acts as the primary contact within the local organization, addressing knowledge gaps, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and adapting global TR strategies to fit the national context. The Total Rewards Partner will coordinate with the Global TR Partner and the Global TR Expert to effectively roll out changes and support local HR in understanding and adapting to new initiatives.
- Oversee and implement reward processes, ensuring alignment with global standards
- Handle TR analysis, job evaluation, international transfers, and STI calculations
- Conduct regular benchmarking studies using Mercer’s Total Remuneration Survey (TRS)
- Analyze market trends to ensure competitive and compliant reward practices
- Manage bonus calculations and plan assignments
- Ensure tax compliance for the Share Matching Plan (SMP)
- Serve as the main TR contact, providing first-level support and escalating issues as needed
- Train and guide local HR teams on TR processes and policies
- Partner with Global TR to implement country-specific changes
- Support local HR in adapting to new initiatives and ensuring compliance
- Analyze and adjust global policies to fit local requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in analytical roles within Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR Business Partnering (HRBP), or related areas in a global, complex organization
- Solid financial background including understanding of legal, tax and employment legislation topics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deal with, synthesize and simplify large amount of data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly high level of Excel knowledge
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadline
- Ability to maintain and handle highly confidential information
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
- Excellent prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of the English language
