Track and Trace Specialist

BARI 91 INC transportation company from Chicago IL looking for highly motivated and reliable candidates for a Track and trace position in our office in Belgrade.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensuring loads are picked up and delivered on time by proactively tracking driver activity
• Communicate any problems or delays internally.
• When shipments are at risk or in delay, individual is required to take proactive measures through communication with dispatchers, brokers and/or shipping/receiving sites.

Skills Required:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• At least 1 year of expirience of this or similar position
• Knowledge of HOS rules
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be self-motivated and a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Computer-based programs and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency, ability to prioritize with an emphasis on quality of work
