Job Description:
- Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may arise during transit
- Communicating with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to provide updates and address concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of shipment status and updates
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
- Working in three shifts on a 24/7 schedule to cover all operational hours
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- One year experience in USA trucking track and trace
- Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work in three shifts on a 24/7 schedule
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
- Must be able to work from our office; no remote work options available
