In our Sremska Mitrovica plant, we're looking for new colleague to join our growing team, on the position of TRAINING COORDINATOR.
Training Coordinator’s main responsibility is creating training process, following skill matrix, training mentors, creating Job breakdown sheets, evaluating performance and changes in production and quality standards.
Job and tasks description:
- Setting up training concepts with key stakeholders for production
- Developing training program based on ADDIE model (Analyze needs, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate training)
- Designing and implementing annual training plan according to skill matrix for blue collar positions
- Active participation in developing SOP (standard operating procedure)s, STW(standard work) documents and JBS (Job Breakdown Sheets)
- Responsible for training organization and functionality
- Creating process of assessing training effectiveness and setting training KPIs
- Organize and monitor the work of trainers
- Organize certification and re-certification of production workers
- Cooperation with HR, Production, Quality and Engineering departments
- Monitor, evaluation and development of production processes, cycles and equipment
- Develop and application of new ideas about production processes, equipment and machines
- Conduct research of process development and improvement by taking responsibility for risk and safety assessment, both for the company and its employees
- Acts always according to prescribed health, safety, fire and environmental protection measures - waste management
- Performs other tasks related to production work and development, in accordance with personal knowledge and skills
Terms of employment:
- University degree BA or MA of Engineering/Mechanical/Industrial/HR background
- 1-3 years of experience in an international, multicultural environment with matrix organization
- Solid knowledge of complex manufacturing processes, equipment and machines
- Experience in organizing training process, creating skill matrix and training instructions
- Fluent in English
- Capable to work independently, flexible, self-motivated, taking initiative and drive for results
- Able to manage and focus on multiple priorities within a complex skill matrix environment
- Excellent communicator and team-player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very good data processing and IT skills
- Being able to deal with various projects at a time, problem-solving skill
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Trustful employee and partner who can deal with sensitive information
- Experienced in treating given information strictly confidential
