UX Academy runs evening UX Design classes for small groups around 10-15 people per group. We are looking for someone to manage the sales and support the general running of the Academy and courses which are run online.
We are a small company, so you will wear many hats but primarily you will be focussed on signing up new students from calls and emails, therefore you must have telesales experience, we do not cold call, all leads are warm leads from student making an enquiry for our courses.
The goal is to call and convert the prospects into paying students, you would be expected to be calling around 50 people a day among a number of other tasks
You would be able part responsible for smooth running of the course working with the training coordinator, who is managing social media, content, website and promotional action and training assistant who manages the courses when they are live.
You Should
- Have at least 3 years sales experience
- Interested in training / education
- Have a strong interest in UX
- Willingness to learn as well
- Flexibility with time/hours
- Extremely organised
- Excellent Communication Skills
