Job description
LVH is a leader in the ultra-luxury home sharing catering to world-traveling high net worth individuals, their family, and business associates through a network of thousands of full service homes in over 100 international destinations.
Under the general supervision, the Training Specialist will provide direct support to the Human Resource Management and perform related work as required.
Essential Functions:
Preparing and organizing new and existing training materials
Creating training content for each department or team members
Uploading content in the Learning Management System
Compensation:

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications
Strong experience with creating content and implementing the Learning Management System is a requirement
At least 5 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
At least 5 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops
Ability to lead a full training cycle
At least 5 years years of experience with learning management software
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
Excellent decision making and organizational skills
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database software
BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
